What specialist services and expertise are available at or accessed by the school?

The school works collaboratively with many outside agencies e.g. Educational Psychologist, Autism Advisory Service, Outreach support for specific needs, Speech and Language Therapy, Visual Impairment Specialist, Hearing Impairment Specialist, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists etc. These services may provide a programme of work for individuals, but the school may also use the advice with other pupils who may benefit. If required, the SENCO will co-ordinate a multi-agency approach, where more than two specialists are involved. The school also provides reports to medical practitioners and will in turn be advised by them.
